Role Description: Zoned, a leading online sports clothing and equipment platform, is seeking an
experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our
brand's growth and enhancing our market presence across India. The ideal candidate will possess a
deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a passion for sports, enabling them to connect
with our diverse customer base.
Objective:
- • Establish brand positioning and identify target audiences to develop comprehensive marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.
- • Lead the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion, leveraging internal support and fostering collaboration across teams.
- • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market data to inform successful marketing strategies.
- • Create and maintain analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
- • Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
Job Responsibilities
- • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- • Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, and provide sales support.
- • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate qualified leads.
- • Evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis, optimizing strategies accordingly.
- • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Requirements
- • MBA in Marketing and Operations
- • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- • Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
- • Metrics-driven marketing mindset with a keen eye for creativity
- • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategy
- • Experience in e-commerce, particularly in the sports equipment and apparel sector
- • Established contacts in media and influencer networks
- • Willingness to travel as required
- • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, regularly reporting on campaign performance and insights to senior management
- • Monitor customer engagement levels across various platforms, adjusting strategies based on performance data to improve conversion rates
Compensation and Benefits:
- • CTC: INR 18-23 Lacs (Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Fixed: INR 15 lacs
- Joining Bonus: INR 2 lacs
- Performance-based variable pay: INR 2-5 lacs
